One of the most cost effective handling modifications is to replace the worn out stock rubber suspension components with Polyurethane components. In most cases not only will this return a feel like new ride, but upgrading with the new polyurethane technology will actually make the ride and cornering “better than new.”

Carb Tuning Basics

Posted by parkeesq on March 7, 2009

Before any of the more serious tuning can begin, and before the engine is first fired with a new carb, get the base adjustments set first. These simple procedures are often bypassed, causing headaches later on. First on the list is the float level, made easy with Demon’s large bowl sight glass. We recommend the fuel level adjustment be set one-half to two-thirds of the way up the side glass

We like to set the primary and secondary idle speed screws to a half-turn from the “bottoming” position. Demons make the secondary idle-speed adjustment easy with a conventional idle-speed screw. Fine-tuning will be done later with the engine running.

We will typically set a Demon carb’s idle mixture screw at one-turn out from lightly bottomed at all four corners as a bench setting

It’s shocking how much carb tuning is done to fix ignition problems. Before starting any carb tuning, make sure the ignition system is operating to its full potential. We had a top-notch MSD Pro Billet distributor, working through a Digital 7 ignition, plumbing the spark through MSD wires. A bulletproof and reliable ignition system will help avoid chasing your tail on carb tuning.

Blogging Tips

Blog Profits Blueprint Key Points

Executive Summary

There are many key points to consider when starting a Blog; below I have listed just a small sample. (content has been summerised from Blog Profit Blueprint by Yaro Starak)

1 Articles are listed in chronological order with the newest article at the top

2 It’s easy to add new content

 3 Content is updated frequently

4 Blogs allow people to leave comments

5 People “trust” Blogs more than normal websites because blogging is  a conversation?

6 Bloggers are obsessed with increasing traffic because traffic is the key determinant for income online

7 The first part of creating attention (traffic) to a blog, is the age-old advice you will have read over and over again if you study successful blogging

  1. Write good content

8 Professional Bloggers need to have business skills

  1. Marketing

9 Successful Blogs all have one thing in common – they improve people’s lives.

     a. If your blog is to do the same, you have to determine what it is you can offer that can improve the lives of other people – what is your gift to give to the blogospher

10 Consider the 2 aspects, with a slight emphasis on choosing a topic you care about over the potential to make money from it.

    a. Find the niches that people spend money in and that are currently not serviced well by other Blogs

     b. Focus on passion, things you personally enjoy and know about, creating good content will be easy and your motivation will be strong.

11 Consistent output is crucial, so if you can’t see yourself writing about a topic in six months, don’t choose that topic

12 A little research can help to avoid wasting time

13 We are here to make money, and it won’t feel great if you can’t effectively monetize your audience

14 The key is to understand your reader, their motivations, passions and spending habits

  1. If you love the topic you blog about, you are in a much better position to understand your reader

15 We can make money once we capture the attention of a segment of the population and “sell” that attention

16 All markets break down into smaller niches if there is enough demand

17 There are literally hundreds of untapped blog topic ideas out there; you just have to find them.

  1. There is an element of luck involved with this process and you won’t really know the potential until you start

18 Yaro Starak believes the main reason the majority of Blogs never build significant traffic and thus never make significant profits, is because

  1. Most Bloggers are poor marketers

    b. If you just follow the advice, “write good content”, you are not going to succeed. You also need to learn how to be a marketer.

19 You can describe a concept in your own words, using your own unique story and voice. This helps to build credibility and trust

20 Create a free resource like

  1. A report
  2. Whitepaper
  3. E-course
  4. A List Article

1.      eg 10 free tips etc
