One of the most cost effective handling modifications is to replace the worn out stock rubber suspension components with Polyurethane components. We like to set the primary and secondary idle speed screws to a half-turn from the “bottoming” position. Demons make the secondary idle-speed adjustment easy with a conventional idle-speed screw. Fine-tuning will be done later with the engine running.

We will typically set a Demon carb’s idle mixture screw at one-turn out from lightly bottomed at all four corners as a bench setting
